Romana is highly experienced in managing client relationships with global organisations, including C-suite stakeholders. Her client portfolio has included top tier investment banks across EMEA and APAC.
Prior to heading relationship management teams, Romana spent 12 years in Capital Markets, at RBS and JPMorgan. She initially worked as a front office trading assistant, deployed a post-trade verification team in Singapore and undertook projects for streamlining and regulatory purposes, including within an FCA investigation. Romana consequently built a strong reputation for relationship-building, creative thinking and managing teams.
Romana holds a 1st class honours in Business (specialism; Banking & Finance), CISI and PRINCE 2 qualifications.
