Pete is the FMCR Lead Project Manager with regard to a large European equity dividend investigation and has led large scale organisational and regulatory change projects, specialising in the development of target operating models and implementation of new process flows and system architecture.
Pete has 15 years of banking experience across Operations, Markets and Change Management. Starting as an FX dealer, he worked in interest rate derivatives at Deutsche Bank, Rabobank, and RBS - on complex portfolio sales as part of the bank’s restructuring activity, and provided derivatives pricing and SME analysis on remediation projects. Pete is a certified PRINCE2 practitioner.
