Faye has been working in the investment banking industry for 13 years. She brings a wealth of experience, primarily from a middle office background.
Recently Faye has worked at FMCR where she co-ordinates the business management and data security. Faye is also Secretary of the FMCR Engagement Committee, considering new business, regulatory issues and company policy agreements along with managing the onboarding process. Prior to joining FMCR, Faye worked for several major banks including Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Chase and RBS in Middle Office roles. Responsibilities have included archiving legal documents and working in the trade confirmations team. Faye also drafted legal documents, working with the Front Office and Counterparts to ensure trades were confirmed within industry timeframes and resolving discrepancies. Additionally, Faye was key in training colleagues overseas on procedures and reporting for Credit Confirmations during a reorganisation of the business. This involved both planning and delivering the training schedule, ensuring the teams understood the full front-to-back process.
