Emma’s early career was in client facing roles at CIBC, Charterhouse and RBS in derivatives sales.
She spent the next decade at RBS as Head of Learning, providing consulting to Markets through a period of intense change including two large-scale bank acquisitions and integrations. Emma’s international experience includes a period with Citizens Bank in the USA, and two years with Standard Chartered in Singapore. Senior global roles give Emma credibility and context as a consultant, facilitator and coach and she has expertise in facilitating behavioural change in a technical environment in order to achieve business goals. Emma is an accredited coach (International Coaching Federation) and an NLP Master Practitioner.
