Emlyn was a part of the FMCR team providing enhanced FX risk management capabilities to a leading UK Corporate and is a FMCR senior consultant in an ongoing European equity dividend investigation.
Emlyn joined RBS having completed a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College. He was Head of Currency Options, Interest Rate Options and Hybrids, for Asia Pacific and became a senior member of the Front Office Risk team, where he advised on technical issues, evaluated models to manage risk, delivered recommendations to improve model effectiveness and analysed trading risk measures, including capital management.
