Daren has 25 years Financial Markets experience working in customer facing roles, most recently as Global Head of FX Sales at NatWest. He has deep experience of the sales process and customer lifecycle and has consistently managed successful teams across jurisdictions, recognised in the market for their collaborative approach to customer service.

During his time as Head of FX Sales, alongside driving the high level customer strategy, he also led the risk remediation work across the business and was instrumental in establishing the conduct risk framework, working extensively across 1st, 2nd and 3rd LoD to put the business on a sound footing. More recently he drove the use of technology in the sales process, including the introduction of a new CRM tool using data to make significant efficiencies to the sales model, bringing down costs, enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing revenues.
